Recently, Jiujiang Vocational University and Shanghai Sihua Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the "Equipment Donation and On-site Engineer Training Program" at the university's School of Intelligent Manufacturing. In this collaboration, Sihua Precision Machinery donated high-end manufacturing equipment worth 1.2 million yuan to Jiujiang Vocational University, including two Cyber Precision Machining Centers (VC850) and two Baoji CNC Lathes (SK50P), aiming to cultivate highly skilled talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing through industry-education integration.

The president of Jiujiang Vocational University, the general manager of Sihua Precision Machinery, and relevant representatives from both parties attended the ceremony. In his address, the president of Jiujiang Vocational University stated that the university's School of Intelligent Manufacturing, as a provincial-level high-level professional group construction unit, possesses a national-level productive training base. The donated precision equipment will significantly enhance the hardware level of practical training, providing students with a practical platform aligned with industry needs.
It is understood that the donated Cyber Precision VC850 machining center possesses high-precision milling capabilities, enabling efficient machining of complex parts; the Baoji SK50P CNC lathe, with its high torque and long lifespan, is widely used in mass production in the automotive and machinery industries. These devices are aligned with the technical standards of Sihua Precision Machinery, which serves Fortune 500 companies, and will be directly used for practical training in CNC technology, mechanical manufacturing, and other related majors.

As a Shanghai-based "Specialized, Refined, and Innovative" enterprise and a high-tech enterprise, Sihua Precision Machinery has been deeply involved in the cold bending forming field for over 20 years, possessing 42 innovative designs and 11 invention patents. Sihua's General Manager stated that this donation not only involves equipment but also targeted talent cultivation through a "Field Engineer Class." Company engineers will participate in curriculum design, actively providing practical training and course support to the partner classes, extending the cooperation from "class building" to "talent cultivation," and helping schools cultivate practical talents for the industry frontline. Students can intern at the Nantong production base, achieving "learning as production, graduation as employment."
At the ceremony, both parties signed a "School-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement," clarifying their commitment to in-depth cooperation in talent cultivation and technological research and development. Student representatives from the Intelligent Manufacturing College of Jiujiang Vocational University demonstrated the equipment on-site, and the precise processing results won the approval of the guests present. This cooperation not only responds to Jiangxi Province's "1269" Action Plan for Manufacturing but also provides enterprises with a reserve of technical backbone personnel, achieving a win-win situation for both the school and the enterprise.
